Hello, sometime late winter I hope to have hydroponic lettuce to sell to local restaurants, stores, etc. If anyone might be interested please let me no and we can visit, thanks Scott

We have also started a CSA style system that will start on the 15th of Feb. We will be delivering boxed produce for a fee of $38-48 to your home on a weekly basis. Once our website is up you can order online, for now you need to email dabarefootchef@gmail.com and let us know what your needs are. We love you!

We are looking at the corner of Battlefield and Campbell and also looking at Sunshine and Campbell. We are looking at 10,000 square feet of pure organic goodness. We are trying to fill the need of a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's Style Market with a fresh amazing deli! Yeah! We will let you know when we sign the lease on location.

Who likes rainbow trout? What's your favorite way to prepare one? We are going to try some out at the gastropub this weekend and I can't wait to see them! Fresh trout from Mountain Springs Trout Park, Highlandville, MO.

I am all in on the organic market thing, but the word supermarket kind of gives me the willies. As true epicureans, we should not be afraid to cook from scratch, and cook fresh seasonal food simply. So the market needs: produce department with extensive cold storage, meat dept. dairy dept, bakery would be great, a beverage aisle, a couple of aisles of dry grocery/bulk foods/spices, an aisle of health and beauty aids and an aisle of organic/safe paper supplies and cleaning products. You are talking grocery store, not supermarket.

Also, I'd love to be a part of the group dinner/cooking thing. I'm no professional but do love cooking and trying new things!

I am not the best speller so don't be mad at me if you are a phd in verbs and adjectives, and spelling. I skipped that class in culinary school, ha! Have fun!

Talk around town says that Da Barefoot Chef and a secret partner are opening up a 5,000 square foot organic style supermarket and an Iron Chef Deli. What is that? I guess you will have to keep guessing! Ha! Love ya!

Thank you Barefoot and Amy! Everything was delicious and the company was warm and welcoming. Bill and I are happy to have so many new friends. Thank you too for cooking up a storm at the Farmers Gastropub. I have been hearing about and seeing wonderful food ideas on the menu. Will be there to experience it today - with my grandchildren! Merry Christmas!
