Thanks Matthew we enjoyed the visit.  I think JKan Michael will have bees this year and I will benifit from it.  You had a great crowd there today and everyone appeared to be having a great time. Thanks again

Bill, quite alright to bring him by. We'll start the fire between 9:30 and 10, and as you know, it will go for a while.

Sorry about your mat. I'm going to buy one if I can find it.

Matthew I'll Try to get by and watch for a little while.  I can't believe its already that time of year.  I have a next door neighbor that is wanting to get into bee keeping.  He has been reading up on natural hives.  I told him about your hives and I was wondering if I could bring him by so you could tell him about hem?  My heat mat (I use the term loosley) bit the dust, so I am a little behind schedule.

Hey Bill, I was wondering the same for you and your sprouting.

We did tap a few days ago, and will continue to tap a few more.

I'll be boiling next Saturday, Jan 26th. If anyone here wants to stop by, let me know. It won't be a problem.

Great visits from both of you, Bill and Gary. Haven't bottled yet, but there's between 1 and 2 gallons from today. Thanks for the help and the artichokes and the company. There's worse things than being called defiant, and it might just fit anyway.

Hi again Matthew!  Thanks for a great time this afternoon.  I never knew that making maple syrup could be so much fun!  You are defiantly a man of many talents and I am thankful to know you.

Thank you Matthew for inviting me over today to see how its done.  You have some great kids there that were a delight to be around and were a great help to you.  The process is time consuming but not so much as to take away the fun aspect. How many bottles did you process out today? It's a very fine hobby that pays off well in a good food item not normally found here in the Ozarks. Stop by anytime

Here's an article that shows someone near Fellow's Lake making maple syrup. http://www.news-leader.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2012302020051
