Newspaper Articles & Egg Routes . . . .

Coming out of the grocery store here in Mt. Vernon, I happened to glance at the Lawrence County Record. When we did our sheep-to-shawl event back in March (Woolapalooza), a reporter from the paper asked if she could come out & do an interview with us for the annual Agriculture Review that they put in the paper in late April-early May. Sure enough, there it was - and it was, thankfully, well-written and supportive of local food, instead of dismissive and "cute".

Hi Cathi! I am excited about working with you all on this manual and the long term goal of sustainable living/farming. We have farmed (beans, corn, alfalfa, pigs and beef) all of our lives until moving to Missouri two years ago. We almost bought a farm in Stotts City........so I know where that is. You had a bit of a drive last night. Beautiful daughter you have also. I look forward to visiting sometime. Angi

Not a problem Cathi. I read through your piece on food storage on your website. It seems I have much to learn. I also tried to find the reference that Eric gave me for nutrition at Cornell and I wasn't able to find it. If you get a chance could you shunt that my direction too! Thanks for all your help.
