Livestock at Farmers Market?

Can small livestock, like chickens and rabbits, be bought and sold at a Famers Market? If not, where is a good place to do this here?

Putting state hwy right-of-ways to good use

I was listening to KSGF this morning on the way to work, and Bill DeLay had Rep. Eric Burlison on. Mr. Burlison was talking about wanting to put the highway right-of-ways to some good use AND save the state money by not having to pay crews to mow. I didn't catch the whole thing, but what I did hear sounded good.
