Putting state hwy right-of-ways to good use
I was listening to KSGF this morning on the way to work, and Bill DeLay had Rep. Eric Burlison on. Mr. Burlison was talking about wanting to put the highway right-of-ways to some good use AND save the state money by not having to pay crews to mow. I didn't catch the whole thing, but what I did hear sounded good.
