Need information on grain sprouts

I need information on grain sprouts from a food storage perspective (for the Handbook project). Specifically, I am looking for good sources I can refer to for how much grain needs to be stored, the nutritional value of sprouted vs un-sprouted grain, instructions for sprouting at the home level (and the production level if possible) and how sprouts are used (e.g. bread recipes). Please post links or cite books if you can.I am organizing the section on how to store and process grains. I have…See More

Please make your own decisions and please participate in the primary process; I think that it is actually more important than the general election because it is our opportunity to try to end up with good people to choose from in the general elections.State Senator…See More

July 3, 2010 from 6pm to 7pm
I will be giving a presentation on a multi-organizational effort to launch and organize rural neighborhood watch efforts using Lawrence County as its initial focus.
