Found a very useful website for canning/preserving and also for "Pick Your Own" farms

Was just about to go out back and pick some rhubarb to make rhubarb/strawberry jelly and a cake. Wanted to freeze the rest of my rhubarb so I started doing a search and found this site to be quite useful. All sorts of HOW TO's and also much other info. Check it out!
