Well Fed Neighbor highway adoption anyone?

While riding with Maile to her families farm by Willard we noticed how the snow melt has uncovered lots of litter north of I-44 on Highway 13. I always wanted to adopt a highway and pick up the trash. I think the Well Fed Neighbor name would look good on a sign on that stretch of highway. Today I called MoDot and they told me that the woman that sets that up is out of the office for the week and will call me next Monday. Anyone who has interest or otherwise should let me know.
