Hey Rob, I think we have finally gotten a group of women together that can put together the Lunchbox Rebellion. We would love to have your help and expertise if you have time. I also wanted to thank you for the lead with Rebecca Elkins. It looks like it may turn into some additional recipe analysis. I really appreciate the referral! I use your other mail if I don't hear back from you soon. Hope you are enjoying your summer! Angela
I actually own a culinary company that focuses on innovation vs. owning a restaurant.
Ran luxury resort hotels for 17 years, did foodservice marketing the past 6 years and now have my company ATE: All Things Epicurean.
Nice to hear about your offerings and dedication to the craft. Natural processes, producing quality products are the way to a chef and consumers heart.
Do you reach as far as Kansas City? Let's keep in touch.
Rob, I just joined WFN, what restaurant do you have? Also, we are the only local poultry producer that feeds NON GMO grains to its turkeys and chickens. Would love to discuss that with you if NON GMO fed products is a concern to you.
i know your busy but i would like for you to brainstorm this with me. this could be a complete all natural all local product.. the butter could be a local flavored thing too.. such as garlic grown local? my idea is to have a high quality product like a ben&jerrys but a more local price..i aslo thought of being a seasonal flavor as blueberry when blueberries are ripe.
thanks rob,, my thought was to get with more wellfed farmers and incorporate their prouce in the ice cream ,,such as berries and fruits..could be a seasonal thing. the equipment i need will make butter too,,so mutipurpose
hey buddy,, my first time on here.. looks like a great site.. thanks for befriending me! the creamery is going up and im looking at getting some grants to learn to make ice cream.. does that sound like a good product to do?
